Forfeited Deposit
In the case of aborted sale or tenancy, the recommended fees or commission shall be ½ of the amount of deposit forfeited by the party plus GST (if applicable) subject to maximum sum equivalent to the agreed fee or commission plus GST (if applicable).

Goods & Services Tax (GST)
GST registered agencies shall charge their clients and co-brokers the prevailing GST even if the other party/agency is not GST registered

My commission shall be due immediately upon execution of the Tenancy Agreement by the Landlord and Tenant
